they call me the blogger

as part of my continuing holy struggle to stay off twitter, i have added a silly little blog to my silly little website. while i have other avenues of posting, such as tumblr and jul, having a little corner in my little internet town makes it much more discrete to express myself with little moderation.

the blog utilizes Markdown (specifically code taken from this GitHub repository) in order to ease my posting experience (so i can type some posts on my phone without having to type out html on a tiny little screen)

i think this blog will be cool. i had a github pages jekyll blog, but it sucked ass and was way too complicated for such a simple thing. this, however, is as simple as writing a file with a couple #s and []s, then uploading it to my webserver.

so, stay tuned! (i wonder how many people will read this. hopefully not too many)
